Jena McNeil, RN, Founder
Jena McNeil is the founder and owner of Tides Medical Aesthetics.
After over a decade working in family practice and obstetrics, Jena has had the honour of supporting people through some of the most meaningful and vulnerable moments in life; pregnancies, new beginnings, and quiet recoveries.
After becoming a mother herself, she experienced the kind of physical and emotional shifts many women know well. She started exploring aesthetic treatments like neuromodulators not for vanity, but for relief from jaw tension and headaches, and the quiet joy of looking in the mirror and feeling more like herself again.
That experience sparked something deeper - a desire to create a space that felt calm, caring, and completely unpretentious. A space where natural beauty is celebrated and confidence is gently supported.
Tides is more than just a business to Jena. It’s personal.
Dr. Megan LeGrow, Medical Director
Dr. Megan LeGrow is the Medical Director of Tides Medical Aesthetics, bringing over six years of experience as a dedicated family physician with a strong foundation in obstetrics and comprehensive women's health.
With a deep passion for women's health, Dr. LeGrow has developed expertise in areas ranging from reproductive care to hormonal health.
Behind the scenes, Dr. LeGrow oversees medical protocols and provides ongoing guidance to the Tides team, ensuring that every treatment is delivered safely, ethically, and with the highest standard of care.
Dr. LeGrow always takes the time to truly listen, while her natural gift of gab brings a sense of ease to each visit creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their decision.
Amber Landry, RN
Amber began her nursing career 5 years ago at the IWK specializing in pediatrics, where she continues to still work. The values and lessons she has learned by working at the IWK will always carry with her throughout her nursing career. She continues to bring the same compassion, dedication, critical thinking, and collaboration with her clients when they sit in her chair.
She loves interacting closely with her clients. The aesthetic world isn’t just about changing your outside appearance, but rather feeling confident and enhancing natural beauty by utilizing safe and effective treatments. She is genuine and kind, and will always ensure her patients feel supported and heard by creating a safe and trusting environment. Education in medical aesthetics is important to her, therefore she wants her patients to feel educated as well.
Working at Tides has become her own version of self care as she gets to be the one to help her patients feel their best, and that is a reward in itself.
Daynah Hall, RN
Daynah is an RN and certified nurse injector with a background in pediatrics, where she learned the importance of a compassionate, detail oriented, and a safety-focused approach. Daynah carries that same approach into her aesthetic practice. She is passionate about enhancing natural beauty and creating results that leave you feeling refreshed, confident, and effortlessly you.
She loves creating a welcoming space where you can feel relaxed and supported, whether it’s your first treatment or part of your routine. She believes collaboration is key and works closely with clients to understand their goals and create personalized treatment plans that deliver natural, balanced results.
She values balance in life, and brings that same mindset to how she approaches treatments; thoughtful, intentional, and personalized to you. Being part of her client’s confidence journey is something Daynah truly values, and she’s so grateful to do what she loves.
